1) Pregnancy. Hypersensitivity to aminoglycosides.
2) The plasma levels ought to be between 0.5 and 2.0 mg/ml when monitored immediately before the administration. When other antibiotics are given concomitantly netilmicin dose must not be reduced.
3) People taking this medicine should have regular blood tests.
4) Monitoring of kidney and ear function should be carried out regularly whilst taking this medicine. |
